What if I am running late?
I do allow a 10 minute grace period. Please be on time for the appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notice you will be charged a late fee of 15.00 or your appointment will be canceled. Please text or send a message via nyemmua.com. After 15 minutes your appointment is automatically cancelled. NO CALL NO SHOW NO NEW APPOINTMENT and your deposit will be forfeited.
Nyemma works with her hands is less likely to answer calls when working with clients. Texts are preferred.
What if I have to cancel my appointment?
If an emergency occurs please contact Nyemma immediately. This deposit is able to be used one additional time within the same month if you must cancel your appointment due to emergency. Outside of that the deposit is non refundable/ nontransferable. If non emergency and appointment changes are needed they must be done 72 hours in advance once. Nyemma will take discretion as to what is considered an emergency per clients situation.
Do you provide on location services?
Yes, I do travel on location for photo shoots, large groups, and weddings. (5 or more) Subject to availability. Must be booked 1-2 months ahead.
Do you require a deposit to book services?
I do require a non refundable deposit of 30.00 to be paid to secure your date via Zelle, ApplePay, and Cashapp. Same day appointments and squeeze in appointments require payment in full. All classes require a deposit of 50% to book. This payment will go toward your final payment due. Appointment will not be accepted without a deposit made first.

NyemMUA is located in Horn Lake, MS.
After booking appointment is accepted, you will get a confirmation EMAIL with directions and exact appointment location.
